Our motivated vendors have asked us to help them find a buyer for their highly productive food processing factory .

Ideally situated in the well known B5 industrial area of Birmingham Drive, Addington/Middleton.

Comprised of a total of five industrial warehouses, four adjoined and the fifth on the adjacent property.

The total floor area for sale comes to 1909.2 sq metres (over 500 being taken up by the fifth unit).
