that we facilitate the purchase of crude oil that cannot be sold and recorded
officially by the countries that produce the oil. Therefore our business is
done in confidence and secrecy is our watch word. Most of the countries we
deal with are the developing countries of West and North Africa especially Nigeria
and Cameroon, because the money realised from the excess quantity is needed
by the governments to pay creditor nations, but mostly the money is kept by
the people in governments.As I write this proposal to you we have precisely 12.4 Million dollars in cash
contained in a safe case deposited at a diplomatic baggage handling and financial
services company in Amsterdam, this case was shipped from Lagos over a month
ago to their Amsterdam office. Right now I have to find a person that can go
and receive this case and bank the money with the help of the company in Amsterdam.
This is similar to what my boss did ususally, only that he had his ready made
contacts to receive the case and bank the money for him. You must understand
that because the cases had already been deposited in Lagos, I had to failitate
the shipping immediately to avoid suspicion.The company has been waiting for instructions and details on whom to release
the case to in Europe. As you may understand, this instruction has since not
been issued because there is no one to receive it in Europe. This is why I
am contacting you. If you will assist me, I will take 60% and you can keep
40% of the net after all possible expences have been deducted.Before I continue, I must let you know that this business must be done in confidence,
in other words, it is between you and my self and no one else, therefore I expect
that you will not be discussing the business with any body. In order for us
